Vegan Protein Pancakes

This recipe is vegan and gluten free, perfect for days when you don't feel like sugar loading your self with traditional pancakes. This is a complete breakfast as it's high in fiber, protein, and complex carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cups of non dairy milk
  • 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients above in food processor
  2. Cook on frying pan until golden brown

Notes

Perfect as a post-workout breakfast with some fruit and coconut yoghurt. 🙂
