Superfood protein balls

Protein balls are a fantastic snack to keep close by so you can avoid reaching for that muffin or sugary muesli bar in the afternoon!

They are extremely quick to create too – so no excuses!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1tbsp of Acai Powder
  • 1/2 cup of natural oats
  • 1/4 cup of black & white chia seeds
  • handful of walnuts
  • 2tbsp of linseeds
  • 2tbsp of Cocao nibs
  • 2tbsp of Macca Powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the above ingredients together.
  2. Roll into small bite size balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  3. Store in the refrigerator
