Protein balls are a fantastic snack to keep close by so you can avoid reaching for that muffin or sugary muesli bar in the afternoon!
They are extremely quick to create too – so no excuses!
- 1/2 cup of pitted dates
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1tbsp of Acai Powder
- 1/2 cup of natural oats
- 1/4 cup of black & white chia seeds
- handful of walnuts
- 2tbsp of linseeds
- 2tbsp of Cocao nibs
- 2tbsp of Macca Powder
- Blend the above ingredients together.
- Roll into small bite size balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Store in the refrigerator
