No-Bake Energy Bites – a fast and easy option for a healthy snack
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into bite size balls and place in the fridge for an hour to chill.
