A healthy chicken recipe brought to you by @evimjvX
- 2 tea scoops Coco oil
- 100g-200g chicken
- Some mushrooms
- One red pepper
- half an onion
- shot of almond milk
- saute some onions in coco oil and add one red pepper.
- cut the chicken in little pieces and add it into the pan.
- deglaze everything with a shot of almond milk and let it cook for a short time.
- add some rice or some potatoes 🙂
