- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 tsp psyllium husk
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp buckwheat groats (optional)
- 1 grated carrot
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2-3/4 almond milk (or any plant based milk)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl expect for the walnuts. allow to soak for 10mins. Pour mixture into a lined baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 20-30mins.
