This month, we actually revisited two of our favourite charities we’ve supported over the course of our CHARITEA program thus far. We know first hand, the amazing work both of these foundations put in day after day, week after week, year after year. Hence we wanted to support them both again.

The Goodlife Farm

Lesley and the team down at the Goodlife Farm have received another donation from us. The farm has a huge amount of on going fees across many areas. With government funding recently withdrawn, we wanted to send some more money their way to help keep the farm afloat. Stay tuned for updated here.

Children’s Fortress Africa

The team at CFA continue to grow from strength to strength, with every penny donated contributing to make a huge difference. Our donations were able to help pay the fees of the 2nd year high school for eleven children. Our initial donation was actually able to help these 11 children attend first year school – so to continue on with this process is a fantastic feeling for us here at Your Tea.

Supporting Pink Ribbon Day

Recently, we donated a significant number of ‘Her Tea” boxes to the lovely Kerry in support of Pink Ribbon Day. We are always grateful to be able to support such worthy events! Her letter of gratitude is as follows:

Dear Your Tea,

Thank you so much for your support and generous donation to my Pink Ribbon High Tea held on Sunday the 26th of October.

Judith, Jayne and myself had 80 women and 25 girls attend and we raised an incredible total of $7813.75. The afternoon was full of fun, laughter, beautiful food, pink lemonade, sparkling wine, auctions, raffles, gift bags, gorgeous weather and the amazing feeling that we were all helping a very worthwhile cause – helping to find a cure for Breast Cancer.

Without your support, the day and total would not of been possible and we are extremely grateful.

Kind Regards,

Kerry-Ann
