Come on ladies! Life is busy. There are so many demands on our time, and it’s easy to get caught up in everything else. Too often we forget that if we want to be the best versions of ourselves, we need a little pampering. Well, it’s time to take a step back from everything else and focus on YOU!

And pampering doesn’t have to be expensive. You can pamper yourself right at home, for little to know money. Not that we don’t recommend splurging too. Need some help getting started? We’ve got some awesome pamper-filled ideas below.

Take a Warm Bath

A bath is absolutely free. Turn off your phone. Throw out the laptop. Grab a good book. Now, all you need is steaming water and some beautiful smelling bath salts (try Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt Soaking Solution Lavender).

Have Tea and Cookies with a Friend

Pampering doesn’t always have to be alone. Plan a date with your bestie, and sit down with a few cups of our decadent Mint Chocolate Rooibos—that way you get your chocolate craving at the same time. Spa Day

Okay, sometimes at-home options aren’t enough when you need to be pampered. When that’s the case, plan an over-the-top spa day with flickering candles, deep tissue massages, relaxing pedicures, and even a facial. Nothing says pamper like the spa.

Movie/TV Marathon

Make it a date night with yourself. Head onto Netflix and grab all the episodes of your favorite TV show or movie series. Then, pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and watch until you can’t watch anymore. It’s okay to binge watch.

Shop ‘Til You Drop

Okay, you don’t have to go out all day, but go shopping and treat yourself. Whether you splurge a little and pamper yourself with the purse you’ve had your eye on for weeks, or you just buy that candy bar at the checkout, you deserve it. We won’t tell anyone.

Eat Dessert First

Go out to dinner at your favorite restaurant. And when it comes time to order your meal, go with the dessert menu first. Then, if you have stomach left over enjoy your favorite entre’ or appetizer.

Stay in Your PJs

We don’t always need to dress up and look our best. In fact, when you want to really pamper yourself, spend the entire day in your favorite set of pajamas, ignore the makeup, and just lounge around the house as comfortable as possible. We recommend silk pajamas.
