How to Choose Tea

Do you have a hard time choosing what tea you want to…

Do you have a hard time choosing what tea you want to drink and when? There are so many different flavors and benefits that choosing between brews can feel like trying to choose between children. First, we recommend keeping, at least, five different teas on hand, so you have a variety to suit your every mood and desire. Second, use our simple questionnaire to determine the best tea for you at any given moment.

1. Do you need it to wake you up?

a. If it’s the morning or you’re looking for an afternoon boost, choose a tea with caffeine such as green or black tea. You can also try our Energy Tea made with green tea and other ingredients to increase your energy levels.

2. Are you feeling under the weather?

a. Chamomile tea can help soothe an upset stomach. Ginger tea relieves nausea. And green tea is packed full of antioxidants to help you get over your cold more quickly. Also, try our Antioxidant Tea, and add a little lemon and honey if you have a sore throat.

3. Do you want to feel relaxed and less stressed?

a. Lavender tea is great for reducing anxiety and calming your mind. Or maybe you can try a little bit of Kava infused tea to help combat your anxiety. Personally, we like our Jasmine Green for instant stress relief.

4. Are you trying to live healthier?

a. All tea is better for you than many other drinks, so you’re already on the right track. But why not give our Tiny Tea a try for 14 days and discover a happier, healthier, and more energetic you after a detox.

5. Are you craving something to satisfy your sweet tooth?

a. You can naturally satisfy your sugar cravings with a cup of sweet Rooibos tea. Or give cinnamon tea a try for a compelling and delicious flavor. And don’t forget chocolate tea, like Choc Nirvana, if you’re really looking for something tantalizing.
