Tiny Tea trail mix

TT Mix is full of polyunsaturated omega 3 oils and polyunsaturated fatty acids, perfect to keep you full for longer and stop you reaching for the afternoon chocolate bar!

Sometimes you need a quick snack that it a little different to the plain old boring mixes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • ¾ sunflower seeds
  • 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cranberries to ‘garnish’

Instructions

  1. Line oven tray with GP paper- pre heat oven 150 degrees
  2. Toss seeds, almonds and syrup until evenly coated.
  3. Spread evenly onto oven tray and lightly season with salt.
  4. Bake approx 20 minutes/ golden brown.
  5. Leave to cool- break into pieces and add a small scattering of cranberries
