Roasted Apple Porridge

It's dairy-free, vegan friendly recipe that’s warm, cold, sweet, and spice-filled. It is absolutely divine and has a ton of fiber and can help lower cholesterol levels.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of Chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup of Organic Dried Oats
- 3/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp of Flax Seeds
- A dash of Cinnamon
- 1 Whole Apple, sliced
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil

Instructions
- Boil the Almond milk in a small pot
- Add the Cinnamon into the boiling milk
- Pour the oats in, and stir until creamy
- Chop the apple into small cubes
- Blend all ingredients until it is a smoothie
- On high heat, place a greased (coconut oil) skillet
- Roll the slices of Apple into Cinnamon
- Roast the Cinnamon covered Apples in the skillet until they brown (15 minutes) flipping them evenly
