Lemon Pepper & Thyme Mahi Mahi

Lemon Pepper & Thyme Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 1lb fresh Mahi Mahi {or any white fish}
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • Fresh thyme, minced
  • Dash of dried parsley
  • Dash of Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Turn oven on to broil {550 degrees}.
  2. Season the fish with the herbs, salt & pepper & a very small dash of Cajun seasoning.
  3. Place onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil & place lemon slices on top of fish.
  5. Place in hot oven & cook until fish is firm to the touch.
  6. Serve with sautéed veggies, fried brussels sprouts & a nice icy white wine. Enjoy!
