Gluten-Free Greek Pizza with Garbanzo & Fava Bean Crust

  • 1 package garbanzo and fava bean flour
  • 1 package glutten-free yeast
  • 1 and ½ cup warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Topping
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 F
  2. Add the warm water to the yeast and let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Whisk in the eggs, then add the flour and mix/knead until everything is incorporated
  4. Split the dough into two and cover to let rise for 20min
  5. In the meantime grease two pizza pans with olive oil, slice the tomatoes and the onion, and chop the green pepper
  6. Spread the dough and pat it down to form a disk on each of the pizza pans
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown and crispy
  8. Spread 1 and ½ cup tomato sauce on each pizza, cover with toppings, and cook for another 20 minutes.
